Let me start by saying, if you have followed Literary Wonders! reviews over the last twenty years, you know that it is seldom that we give a "fiction" book a five-star rating. I just can't imagine.. But, as a non-dancer, I found the descriptions of the dances very hard to understand. I just wish there would have been a bit more of it.. Saucier's trip into the lives of these isolated old men not only ends as a celebration of friendship, but her archaeology of the past opens a glowing window onto the possibilities of the present.. I love how he wove the Christian faith into the lives of the characters and showed what it is like to live the Christian life and really care and show God's love to others.. In hindaight, I wouldn't have gotten the book and just took notes in class.. The last two chap
