My experience with this book (I just finished it) makes me confident in my next purchase, the "Beginning VB.NET Databases" book by the same author.. Denworth comes close to giving us that, with fascinating and moving interviews with pioneers such as Graeme Clark, the founder of Cochlear Corporation, and Michael Merzenich, who did pioneering work at UCSF in the physiology of hearing and in brain plasticity.
